RichConnect Support

Your RichOS assistant, on your iPhone.

RichConnect connects your iPhone to RichOS running on your own Mac. You need a configured RichOS installation and your Mac must be available to receive messages and run your assistant. RichConnect is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, RichConnect version and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, API keys, pairing links or private conversation contents. If a screenshot would help, remove personal information first.

Pair your iPhone

  1. On your Mac, open RichOS and its phone connection setup.
  2. In RichConnect, scan the Mac's code or paste its pairing link.
  3. Compare the six words on both devices and confirm on both your iPhone and Mac.

If a link has expired, generate a new one on your Mac. If the app says to confirm on your Mac, return to the Mac's pairing screen to finish.

Messages are waiting to send

Check that your iPhone has an internet connection and your Mac is awake, connected and running RichOS. RichConnect keeps unsent items on the phone. Once the connection is available, reopen the app and check the message status. Use Try now if it is offered.

Notifications

Turn on reply notifications in RichConnect Settings and allow them in iOS Settings. Check Focus and notification settings if a banner does not appear. Reply previews can be switched off independently in RichConnect.

Voice, photos and files

Allow microphone access when recording a voice message. Select only the photos or files you want to share. You can also use the RichConnect extension from another app's Share menu. Voice processing and replies depend on the capabilities configured on your Mac.

Disconnect or remove data

Use Forget this pairing in RichConnect and Forget this phone in RichOS on your Mac. Deal with any unsent items before forgetting the pairing. Your Mac's conversation history is managed separately in RichOS. Read the privacy policy for details and contact us for privacy requests.

Updates

Install RichConnect updates through the App Store. During a TestFlight test, use TestFlight instead. The Mac application is updated separately.
